Frequently Asked Questions

Listings that have been entered by your local independant iXANiX™ support professional will have to be "claimed" by the business owner prior to being able to use it.  You should claim your listing as soon as possible to prevent someone else trying to claim it.

Step 1

If you haven't already, create a Merchant Account (See How do I create a Merchant Account in FAQ's)

You will get an email that verifies your email address.  Once verified login as a Merchant and proceed to your listing.

Step 2

Search for your listing by using the search function 

and entering your company name.

Once found click on the Menu Icon 

and then click on 

after which you will be asked to sign in.
